A ground-breaking cultural leadership programme to build skills and knowledge, and extend professional networks for cultural leaders in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Birmingham (UK). I co-facilitated the training and provided one-to-one coaching support.
Over two distinct phases led by Culture in Flux and Hybrid Consulting, the programme enabled emerging and established creative professionals to meet each other, and learn more about the challenges and opportunities in leading collaborative international cultural activity.
Guest speakers included senior staff at Birmingham Museums, Midlands Arts Centre, British Council, Arts Council England, Culture Central, Legacy West Midlands, as well as a host of highly-respected artists and cultural practitioners from Bangladesh, Pakistan and the British-Asian diaspora.
I co-facilitated the training across both phases of the programme, and provided one-to-one coaching support to participants. The programme was managed by Culture Central, supported by Arts Council England and delivered in collaboration with The British Council.
